28-Day Guarantee

In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty or you are unhappy with any product purchased directly from us, we will provide a refund or exchange upon return of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We extend our returns window every year over the Christmas period. Any purchases made from 1st November to 30th December can be returned, free of charge, for a refund or exchange until 31st January the following year.


Conditions of Return

  • Goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase.*
  • We are only able to refund carriage charged on faulty goods.
  • These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  • Refunds are made using the same method used for payment.
  • Goods must be at least 90% full unless faulty.

Please Follow These Steps for Free Returns

  1. Repackage the item(s), together with this form.
  2. Visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5014.
  3. Fill in the requested information and create your returns label.
  4. Print your label at home or at a Post Office using the QR code provided by Royal Mail.

Please Note

  • To receive a full refund for a product delivered with a promotional free gift, both the purchased item and the free gift must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date or within the Christmas extended returns window.

  • Gift sets must be returned in their entirety; we cannot part-refund or exchange gift sets.

  • If payment was made with a combination of payment card and gift card, we’ll refund anything you paid for with your gift card first and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed to your original payment card.

  • Items purchased with Clearpay follow our standard return process. Please note:

    • Refunds for Clearpay purchases will be refunded from ELCHEMIST LTD to Clearpay.
    • We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund.
    • Once the refund is processed, any upcoming payments to Clearpay will be canceled, and any payments already made will be refunded to the card used.
    • Until ELCHEMIST LTD confirms receipt of returned goods, you must continue to make payments to Clearpay. Details can be viewed by logging into your Clearpay account.
  • Freepost service does not apply to returns made from outside the UK. If you are outside the UK and wish to return an item, you can do so at the following address:

Please note that we cannot cover postage costs for international returns.

  • We cannot accept returns for products purchased indirectly. These must be returned to the retailer where they were originally purchased, following that retailer’s return procedures.
